How do i register and print my Premiership Club ticket for a game at the MCG?

For our Redback, Ultimate 11 and Premiership Club members this season, you will be able to register and print your ticket to the MCG from your Swan-e Account. For more information and to register for your ticket, please click here.

Are there dress regulations to sit in the new Northern Stand?

Dress regulations have been reinstated for Red Zone members with the move to the new grandstand. Collared shirts are required for men and below the knee pants/dresses for ladies but don't forget to dress in red and white as well!  More information on this can be found here.

Can i resell my ticket if i cannot make a game?

If you cannot attend a game, release your reserved seat to be back into the pool of tickets available for public sale.
If your seat is sold, you'll receive up to $25 credit towards your 2015 membership and you will be helping to keep the stands packed with red and white.

Your membership is also fully transferable. If you cannot make it to a game, make sure you pass your card onto your friends or family to share the thrill of a live Sydney Swans game.

Can i upgrade my unreserved seat to a reserved seat?

Red Zone, General Admission and interstate members with access to matches in Sydney can upgrade to a reserved seat on a match by match basis. Upgrading to a gold reserved seat costs just $16 for an adult/concession and $10 for a junior and is done via ticketek.com.au, by calling 132 849 or at any Ticketek box office prior to match day. You'll need to provide the 12-digit barcode number on your 2014 Sydney Swans membership card at the time of purchase.

How can i purchase additional tickets to the Swans games?

Additional tickets can be purchased through Ticketek using the 12-digit barcode number found on the bottom of your 2014 membership card.

For Red Zone guest passes, limits apply to 2 per membership at the SCG and up to 4 tickets at ANZ Stadium.

Should you wish to request a specific seat next to/near to your reserved seat, we would recommend contacting ticketek on 132 849.

Is public transport included in my membership?

Public transport is included in your membership for our 3 home games at ANZ Stadium.
We do offer other public transport options for our members to the SCG. More information on these can be found here.

Need help on match day?

Our full time Member Services team will be available at our Member Services offices on match days.
These are located:

SCG-
Gate A: Red Zone enquiries
Gate E: Reserved Seat holder enquiries
ANZ Stadium-
Outside the stadium next to Gates A and B.
 

What if i don't receive my member card in time for the games?

Any memberships purchase the week of a home game, will be able to collect their member cards/packs from our Member Service Office, located outside the Stadium next to Gates E for reserved seat and Gate A for Red Zone members.
All member cards not collected at this game will then be posted the next week.

What if i forget to bring my member card to a game?

Not to worry. Come and visit us at the Member Service office and we will be able to provide you with a temporary pass. Please note: there will be a $5 fee for this ticket.
Lost or Stolen Card?
A $20 fee applies to replace all lost cards. If you can provide evidence the card was stolen, this fee will be waived. To arrange a replacement card, contact member services at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. or on 1300 663 819.

What if my card does not scan through at the gate?

If your card does not work on match day, come and visit us at the Member Service office/Marquee and we will be able to look into this for you.
Your membership card may be cancelled if you default on three or more Smart Pay monthly instalments. Member Services will attempt to contact you by phone to notify you in writing prior to this cancellation. Access to the Sydney Swans matches will be suspended until the outstanding payments are made.

When can i collect my redemptions this season?

Collect your 2014 member cap and other benefits from the Member Services marquee outside ANZ Stadium at Round 2 or outside the SCG at Round 4. Check your enews closer to the games for exact locations. After these matches, collections will be available from the Sydney Swans Service Offices at the SCG on match day.

Where do i find my Swan e-Account username and password?

Your Swan e-Account username will be your 2014 Membership number.

Your password will be provided on your renewal email and letter. Keep this in a safe place to ensure you make the most out of your membership.

Will you confirm my membership renewal when you receive it?

By providing the Club with a valid email address, you will receive an instant receipt that will be sent to your nominated email address. All other members will receive a confirmation notification by mail prior to receiving a fulfilment pack.

Can i pay for my membership monthly?

Yes, you will be able to pay your membership monthly using our Smart Pay program.
