Can I purchase a membership as a gift?

Yes. We do require the membership to be purchased in the recipient’s name, so you will need to know their details, including address and date of birth. Gift certificates can be requested by phoning Member Services on 1300 663 819.

I would like to change my seat. How do I do this?

All seat change requests must be made in writing. You can nominate to change your seat using the SEAT CHANGE FORM.
You must renew your membership before you apply for a seat change. If you need to change your membership package, please download a CHANGE OF PACKAGE FORM. You can list your new seating preferences on this form.
Seat changes are prioritised by length of membership tenure and date of receipt. All seat changes are subject to availability.

When do I receive my membership card and other items?

Your fullfillment pack will be posted to you approxiamtely 2 weeks after purchase. If you purchase a membership and there is not enough time to post this to you for a home game, we will have this pack available for collection from our Member Service Office which is located next to Gate E on Driver Ave on match day.

I have friends who would like to become members in 2013. How can I sign them up?

We would love to have your friends as members. You can join them online or by completing the NOMINATE YOUR MATE FORM that was sent in your renewal pack. You can win some great prizes for recruiting new members, including an invitation to an exclusive event with the players or a behind the scenes tour of Swans HQ!

Will you confirm my membership renewal when you receive it?

By providing the Club with a valid email address, you will receive an instant receipt that will be sent to your nominated email address. All other members will receive a confirmation notification by mail prior to receiving a fulfilment pack.

Do i need to pre-register my Red 3 membership to enter a game?

There will be some games throughout the year which we will ask you to pre-register for. As this membership is subject to capacity, this registration will assist us to ensure as many members can attend as possible.

For the games which registration is required, we will email you in the weeks prior with the process to do so.

Should you not receive an email for a match, please feel free to simply scan your member card through the gate for entry.
