This season we have launched an interactive seat map where you can choose your seats at the SCG. Simply select your membership preference if you are a new member, or log into your Swan-e account if you are a current member.

Yes. We do require the membership to be purchased in the recipient’s name, so you will need to know their details, including address and date of birth. The membership type can be changed, however if the membership chosen is more expensive then the difference in cost will need to be paid. Gift certificates can be requested by phoning Member Services on 1300 663 819.
All seat change requests must be made in writing. This season you will be able to change your seat at the SCG via our interactive seat map. Simply log into your Swan-e account and choose your new seat. Alternatively you can nominate to change your seat using the SEAT REQUEST FORM found on our website.
You must renew your membership before you apply for a seat change. Seat changes are prioritised by length date of receipt. All seat changes are subject to availability.
The renewal deadline for reserved seat holders is Thursday 17 December 2015. If you do not renew prior to this date, you may risk losing your reserved seat for 2016. Please contact Member Services on 1300 663 819 prior to this date if you foresee any issue which may prevent you from renewing before the deadline. We will try to assist you where we can.
Pay for your membership with Swans Smart Pay, brought to you by Citi. There are no additional fees or charges and you have the option to pay in 11 monthly instalments or in full. The first payment will be deducted from your nominated card on November 28, 2015. Smart pay also makes renewal easy as your membership will roll over automatically each year.
By electing to pay your 2016 membership with Swans Smart Pay you go into the draw to win a package to the 2016 Toyota AFL Grand Final.

If your Swans Smart Pay card details are current and up to date, your membership will automatically roll over for 2016. The first payment will be deducted on November 28, 2015. You can update your nominated card details by logging into your Swan-e account or by calling Member Services on 1300 663 819.
By providing the Club with a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address by the following week.
