Not receiving our emails?
Sometimes our emails end up in your junk email folder. Have a look there, and make sure you save email@example.com into your address book or safe list so our emails land in your main email inbox.
If our emails aren’t in your junk email inbox, please get in touch with Membership Support and we can look into this further for you.
How can I update my details?
Members and fans are encouraged to check their contact details are up to date by logging into their Swan-e Account and selecting their name in the top left corner and then drop down to ‘My Account’.
Handy hint – forgotten your Swan-e Account password and not receiving the password reset emails? Make sure you are using the email address we send your Swans emails to.
Does the Sydney Swans offer companion card memberships?
Yes, we offer memberships for companion card holders. We will provide two of the same membership type for the price of one concession of that membership type. It is entirely up to the companion card holder as to the membership type they wish to purchase and whether both are in one name or two people hold one membership each.
