How do I update my credit card details?

If you would like to update your credit card details, please log in to your Swan-e Account here and follow the prompts.

Your Swans Membership can be paid via three convenient options:

  • Swans Smart Pay,  pay via monthly instalments or in full with no additional fees and automatic renewal
  • Full payment
  • Cheque or money order payable to Sydney Swans Limited

If you have an outstanding payment on your membership, there are two easy ways to make a payment:

  1. Login to your SWAN-E ACCOUNT, select More Info next to Outstanding Balance and follow the steps.
  2. Sydney Swans Membership – visit SUPPORT to contact us via email or phone.

Your Swan-e Account login details can be found at the top of most emails sent by the Sydney Swans.
