How do I track my membership pack?

Once you have purchased or renewed a membership, you will be sent a tracking email when your pack is on the way. Simply enter your member number to track your pack.

If you have not received your tracking email, please check your junk folder and mark Sydney Swans as a safe contact.

Once your pack is on the way you will receive an email with a tracking number where you can track the delivery status of your pack, so keep an eye on your inbox.

Please note, due to COVID-19, we are currently experiencing delays in the delivery of member packs. We are grateful for your support, and hope to have your membership pack to you as soon as possible.
