Important updates regarding Australia Post operations

Important: Due to ongoing bushfire activity, Australia Post operations have been impacted in a number of locations in NSW, Victoria and SA. For more information on locations where deliveries are impacted (including your 2020 membership pack), please see here.

Once you have purchased or renewed a membership, you will be sent a tracking email when your pack is on the way. Simply enter your member number to track your pack.

If you have not received your tracking email, please check your junk folder and mark Sydney Swans as a safe contact.

Your membership pack will be sent to you in February. Once your pack is on the way you will receive an email with a tracking number where you can track the delivery status of your pack, so keep an eye on your inbox.
