How does Smart Pay work?
Swans Smart Pay, brought to you by Citi, gives you the option to pay in 11 monthly instalments or in full with no additional fees or charges. Smart pay also makes renewal easy as your membership will roll over automatically each year. By electing to pay your 2018 membership with Swans Smart Pay you go into the draw to win $2,000 thanks to Citi.

When is each instalment charged?
The first payment will be deducted from your nominated card on November 28, 2017. Each instalment is then charged on the 28th of each month from November 2017 through to September 2018. If the 28th falls on a weekend or public holiday, the instalment will be charged the following business day.

Can someone else use my membership card if I cannot attend?
Yes, your membership card is transferable. If you cannot attend a match you can pass your membership card along to a family member or friend to use.

I forgot my membership card, how can I get into the ground?
No need to worry! You can visit the Member Services team at either Gate E (General Admission and Reserved Seat members) or Gate A (Red Zone members) to collect a temporary ticket for a $5 fee.

What gate do I enter the SCG through?
Simply check your 2018 membership card or valid ticket for gate details.

How do I upgrade a membership to an adult or concession on a match day?
Visit Member Services at Gate E or A on match day. Our staff will assist you with upgrading the membership. Please note, there is a fee to upgrade a membership to an adult or concession.

How do I purchase additional tickets next to my reserved seat?
Reserved seat members can purchase additional reserved seat tickets via Ticketek using your 12-digit barcode number. Ticketek have an interactive seating map, which can be used to select the closest available seat to you. As a member you will receive a 15% discount on reserved seat tickets at home games.

How do I purchase additional tickets into the Red Zone?
Red Zone members can purchase Red Zone guest passes via Ticketek using the 12-digit barcode on the back of your member card. Each Red Zone member has access to purchase two Red Zone guest passes per match per barcode, until sold out. When purchasing Red Zone guest passes via Ticketek you will need to select the ‘Red Zone and Red Rookie’ option for your chosen match.

How do I purchase additional General Admission tickets?
Additional General Admission tickets can be purchased via Ticketek, members will not need their 12-digit barcode number.

Do the Sydney Swans offer companion card memberships?
Yes, we offer memberships for companion card holders. We will provide two of the same membership type for the price of one concession of that membership type. It is entirely up to the companion card holder as to the membership type they wish to purchase and whether both are in one name or two people hold one membership each.

What’s included in my Red 3 Flexi membership?
ANZ Stadium Members can register to receive a Sydney Swans Red 3 Flexi membership. This membership includes entry to any four   Sydney Swans home games at the SCG during the regular season with seating in the unreserved Red Zone area.

How do I claim my Red 3 Flexi Membership?
Eligible Centreline seat holders and Gold members will be sent an email by ANZ Stadium with a link to register for a Red 3 Flexi membership. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email from the Sydney Swans within 5 days with further information. Your membership pack and card will be sent to you in approximately 2 weeks from the receipt of your confirmation email. This membership card will be what you need to access SCG matches for season 2017. You will receive one (1) member pack and card for each ANZ Stadium Membership Right or Centreline Seat held.

Where is the seating at the SCG?
Red 3 Flexi membership gives you access to seating in the unreserved Red Zone at the SCG. Entry is via Gate A, H or J and you can sit in any available seat in the MA Noble Stand, on Level 2 of the Bradman Stand or in the lower Ladies Pavilion. Please see the seating map below.

Can I reserve a seat in advance?
Red 3 Flexi members can upgrade to a reserved seat on a match-by-match basis. Upgrading to a reserved seat costs just $17 and is done via Ticketek prior to match day from mid-February onwards. You’ll need the 12-digit barcode on your Sydney Swans membership card to complete the upgrade purchase. Transaction fees may apply. Please note, that by upgrading to a reserved seat, you will forfeit your access to the member facilities in the MA Noble and Bradman stands.

What are the dress regulations at the SCG?
Dress regulations apply in the Red Zone at the SCG and are policed upon entry. Members and guests WILL NOT be admitted into to the ground if they do not meet the requirements. Members must be neatly dressed in smart casual attire at all times. Men MUST wear a collared shirt. Revealing, unclean or untidy clothing or footwear will not be permitted. Can I reserve a seat in the Red Zone?
The Red Zone is an unreserved seating area, you will not be able to reserve a seat prior to a match. You can upgrade your seat to a reserved seat outside of the Red Zone using your 12-digit barcode via Ticketek

You are not required to pre-book a ticket for any match, your membership is your ticket into the ground. Entry to the Red Zone is subject to capacity.

How many scans are left on my membership?
Members who do not have access to all 11 home games (Red 3 or Country 5) will need to contact Member Services to check how many scans are left on their membership card.

What are my seating options?
Reserved seat members have the choice of either Platinum or Gold reserved seating. Please refer to the seating map to see which bays make up each seating category.  More information on these memberships can be found here.

How do I change seats?
Current reserved seat members that are looking to change seats can request a change here. Our Members Services team will then be in touch to discuss your request once the reserved seat deadline of December 15 has passed.

Do I need to pre-book tickets?
No, you do not need to pre-book tickets, your membership is your ticket to all 11 home games in 2018. To gain entry into a home match, scan the barcode on the back of your membership card.

When is the renewal deadline?
If you haven’t renewed your membership yet, you can begin by clicking  here.

The renewal deadline for reserved seat holders is Friday December 15, 2017. If you did not renew prior to this date, you may risk losing your reserved seat for 2018. Please contact Member Services if you have trouble renewing your reserved seat after this date. We will try to assist you where we can.

Will you confirm my membership renewal when you receive it?
By providing the Club with a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address by the following week.

When will I receive my 2018 membership card and other items?
Member packs arrive 10-14 business days following dispatch. Members will receive an email with a tracking number where they can track the delivery status of their packs.

I have friends who would like to become members in 2018. How can I sign them up?
We would love to have your friends as members.  When they sign up online, ask them to list you as their Member Recruiter.  You’ll win some great prizes in 2018 for introducing   new members to the team!
