Your membership is fully transferable so if you can’t make it to a game, make sure you pass your membership card on to friends or family and share the thrill of a live Sydney Swans game!
Reserved Seat Holders – Rather than leaving your seat empty, you can now RETURN your seat and EARN credits towards your 2017 membership. To return your seat, visit membership.sydneyswans.com.au and follow our easy step-by-step guide. If your seat is sold, you’ll receive up to $35 credit towards your membership for next season. Seat return is only available for reserved seat holders, and seats must be returned 48 hours prior to the match. Once a seat is returned, it is final and cannot be reversed.
Red Zone, General Admission and Interstate members with access to matches in Sydney can upgrade to a reserved seat on a match-by-match basis. Upgrading to a reserved seat is done via ticketek.com.au, by calling 132 849 or at any Ticketek box office prior to match day. Upgrading to a reserved seats costs just $17* an adult/concession or $10.50* for a junior. You’ll need your 12-digit barcode on your 2016 membership card to complete the upgrade purchase. *Transaction fees may apply.
To arrange a replacement card, contact Member Services on 1300 663 819 or send an email to email@example.com. A $20 fee applies to replace a lost membership card. If you can provide evidence the card was stolen, this fee will be waived.
If you forget to bring your member card to the game, visit the Member Service Office at Gate A (Red Zone members) or Gate E (Reserved seat holders/GA members), to arrange a temporary ticket for $5 per member.
You can purchase a Red Zone 3-game membership, which gives you access to any three home games throughout the season in the unreserved Red Zone at the SCG.

This season we have launched an interactive seat map where you can choose your seats at the SCG. Simply select your membership preference if you are a new member, or log into your Swan-e account if you are a current member.

Yes. We do require the membership to be purchased in the recipient’s name, so you will need to know their details, including address and date of birth. The membership type can be changed, however if the membership chosen is more expensive then the difference in cost will need to be paid. Gift certificates can be requested by phoning Member Services on 1300 663 819.
