Sometimes our emails end up in your junk email folder. Have a look there, and make sure you save swansmembership@sydneyswans.com.au into your address book or safe list so our emails land in your main email inbox.

If our emails aren’t in your junk email inbox, please get in touch with Membership Support and we can look into this further for you.

Members will be advised via email once their membership is ready to renew for season 2022. Once available, members will need to login to your Swan e-Account using your email address and password, and follow the prompts.

Members and fans are encouraged to check their contact details are up to date by logging into their Swan-e Account and selecting their name in the top left corner and then drop down to ‘My Account’.

Handy hint – forgotten your Swan-e Account password and not receiving the password reset emails? Make sure you are using the email address  we send your Swans emails to.

Your Swans Membership can be paid via three convenient options:

  • Swans Smart Pay,  pay via monthly instalments or in full with no additional fees and automatic renewal
  • Full payment
  • Cheque or money order payable to Sydney Swans Limited

If you would like to update your credit card details, please log in to your Swan-e Account here and follow the prompts.

Alternatively, please contact Membership Support on (02) 9157 5020 10am-4pm Monday to Friday.

To access exclusive Member Rewards, log into your Swan-e Account and select ‘Member Rewards’ from the header.

Yes, we offer memberships for companion card holders. We will provide two of the same membership type for the price of one concession of that membership type. It is entirely up to the companion card holder as to the membership type they wish to purchase and whether both are in one name or two people hold one membership each.
