Who can register for an interstate ticket?
Anyone that holds a SA, WA and QLD Supporter membership can register for a reserved seat for the Swans away game in that state.
We will send you a reminder email before the registration period begins with information on how to register.
How can I make a change to my 2019 membership?
Will you confirm my membership when you receive it?
By providing the Club with a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address when your membership renewal has been processed.
Can I register for a ticket if I am not an interstate member?
There are limited tickets available for purchase by non-interstate members.
Tickets for Round 1 will go on sale on February 24 via Ticketek.
Can I buy a ticket for someone who doesn’t hold an interstate supporter membership?
Not at this stage. If there are any tickets remaining we will advise this through Member News once the ticket registration has closed.
I can’t find the email with ticket rego details, what do I do?
Please contact Swans Membership who will be able to assist.
For interstate games, how do I register for tickets for multiple people?
You are able to register for one (1) reserved seat ticket per membership. To register for multiple people, please select ‘Register for your ticket here’ and complete the form listing those you wish to be seated with. Alternatively, you can contact Swans Membership.
How do I enter the Nominate Your Mate competition?
To enter Nominate Your Mate, simply recruit a new Sydney Swans member in 2020 and ask them to tell us they were nominated by you, and you’ll be in the draw to win a Volkswagen Golf. You can find out more here.
Who has access to return public transport as part of their membership or ticket in 2020?

What are the key dates during the off-season?
Despite the end of the home and away season there is still plenty to happening over the next few months of the season as the players prepare for a return to training.
How do I purchase a Red Zone Guest Pass?
To purchase a Red Zone Guest Pass follow these steps:
- Visit Ticketek.
- Select the Swans match you wish to attend.
- Enter your 12-digit Swans membership barcode.
- Click ‘Get Tickets’.
- Click the drop-down and select ‘Red Zone Allocation’.
- Purchase additional Red Zone Guest Passes.
Each Red Zone membership allows access to purchase four additional Guest Passes per match.

How do I track my membership pack?
Once you have purchased or renewed a membership, you will be sent a tracking email when your pack is on the way. Simply enter your member number to track your pack.
If you have not received your tracking email, please check your junk folder and mark Sydney Swans as a safe contact.
How can I pay for my Swans Membership?
Your Swans Membership can be paid via three convenient options:
- Swans Smart Pay, pay via monthly instalments or in full with no additional fees and automatic renewal
- Full payment
- Cheque or money order payable to Sydney Swans Limited

Can I purchase a membership as a gift?
Yes. We do require the membership to be purchased in the recipient’s name, so you will need to know their details, including address and date of birth. The membership type can be changed, however if the membership chosen is more expensive then the difference in cost will need to be paid.
When will I receive my 2020 membership card and other items?
Once your pack is on the way you will receive an email with a tracking number where you can track the delivery status of your pack, so keep an eye on your inbox.
