Forwarding Mobile Member Tickets

The following information is for Reserved Seat and Red 11 members only.

Your 2024 mobile member tickets are now visible in the Sydney Swans App under 'Member Tickets' on the home page menu. You will be able to either forward tickets or add to your digital wallet the week leading into a game.

You can forward a ticket to a friend or family member if you're unable to attend or arrive at the ground together. Once forwarded, the recipient will need to claim the tickets by first bounce. They will be able to scan the QR code on their phone to enter the ground at the SCG.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

  1. Open the Sydney Swans app click on 'MEMBER TICKETS' in the menu at the top
  2. Scroll to the ticket you are forwarding and wait until the forward button appears
  3. Tap on the 'FORWARD' button beneath your ticket
  4. Select the specific seat/s you wish to forward and click 'FORWARD TO'
  5. Chose the recipient from your contacts or enter their details manually
  6. Enter your friend/family member's name and email address and select 'FORWARD TICKET'

HANDY TIP

For easy access on match day, ensure your friend or family member accepts and downloads their ticket by first bounce.
