Forwarding Mobile Member Tickets

Your 2023 mobile member tickets can now be forwarded to a friend or family member if you're unable to attend or arrive at the ground together.

Once forwarded, the recipient will need to claim the tickets by first bounce. They will be able to scan the QR code on their phone to enter the ground.

Follow the instructions below to forward your ticket to a friend or family member.

DO NOT SCREEN SHOT YOUR SYDNEY SWANS AFLW MOBILE TICKET. THIS IS NO LONGER AN OPTION WHEN SHARING TICKETS.

STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

  1. Open the Sydney Swans app and click on 'Member Tickets' on the app homepage or click on 'More' to open the menu.
  2. Scroll to the ticket you are forwarding and wait until the forward button appears.
  3. Tap on the 'FORWARD' button beneath your ticket.
  4. Select the specific seat/s you wish to forward and click 'FORWARD TO'.
  5. Chose the recipient from your contacts or enter their details manually.
  6. Enter your friend or family member's name and email address and select 'FORWARD TICKET'.
