What services are included?
Rail
- Regular scheduled rail services within the Sydney metropolitan and greater-metropolitan rail network bounded by Scone, Dungog, Bathurst, Goulburn and Bomaderry (Nowra).
- Country Rail and reserved seating services are not included.
- Airport access fees apply to patrons boarding at the domestic and international airport stations (more information below).

Can I travel to/from the domestic or international Airport station?
Patrons presenting membership cards or tickets for travel to, or from, the Airport’s domestic or international train stations will need to pay the airport station access fee. The new travel deal does not include the station access fee for these two stops.
You can take the train through these stations, but if patrons board or disembark at one of the two airport stations, they will need to use their Opal/Credit Card to pay the full station access fee.
Does this apply to all home games at the SCG?
Yes. It will also apply to any home finals the Swans might host at the SCG.
Does this apply to away games where the Sydney Swans are playing?
No, return public transport in included for Sydney Swans home games at the SCG only. Away game transport information will be available on the match day page of the Sydney Swans website and will always include relevant details on the upcoming match.
How do you board public transport?
You simply show your membership card or ticket (either in hard copy or on mobile) to the attendant.
How do patrons who do not have public transport included in their membership or ticket access public transport?
These patrons simply use their Opal Card (or credit card on services where this is applicable) to pay for their transport.
Are there time restrictions to get to the SCG?
Those holding eligible membership cards or tickets are able to access return public transport for the full day of the home match on relevant transport services to and from the SCG up until four hours on the day immediately following the match.
What if I am collecting my ticket at the venue?
Patrons must be in possession of an eligible membership card or ticket (either in hard copy or on mobile) to access the return public transport that is included. Wherever possible, tickets should be collected in advance to avoid having to use an Opal Card/Credit Card to board public transport.
Will the light rail be running for the Sydney Swans’ first home game and will it be included?
Yes. L2, the Randwick line of the Light Rail will commence services in December, 2019. L3, the Kingsford line of the Light Rail will commence services in early March, 2020. Both the L2 and L3 services stop at Moore Park.
What is the Light Rail Stop closest to the SCG called?
Moore Park.
Do all light rail trams stop at Moore Park?
Yes.
Are extra light rail services put on for SCG home games?
Yes. In addition to the regular services along L2 and L3, additional shuttles will be put on for all major events between Circular Quay, Central and the SCG.
Will there be occasions when the Circular Quay Light Rail stop will not be open?
Yes. When there are major events and festivals, such as Vivid, the Circular Quay light rail station will be closed, and all services will commence further along George Street. Specific details will be available at www.transportnsw.info in the lead up to specific events.
Will route 1 (from Central) and route 3 (from Circular Quay) buses be running in 2020?
No. Light rail services will replace the shuttle buses which have been in place in previous years.
Will parking be reduced as a result of the change?
No. In 2020, match-day parking will remain as per previous seasons with the below options available to patrons as user pay car parks:
- EP2 – Driver Avenue, Moore Park Road end
- EP3 – Driver Avenue, Lang Road end
- Entertainment Quarter Car Park
- Sydney Boys High
- Sydney Girls High

I’m on Smart Pay, will my membership pack arrive before Christmas?
The Smart Pay rollover will occur on Wednesday, November 20. If the payment is processed successfully, your pack will arrive in time for Christmas. 🎁
I’m currently on the waitlist for a WA Supporter Membership, when will I find out if I will be offered one in 2020?
Current WA Supporter Members will be given until December 18 to renew their membership. Available spaces will then be offered to those on the waitlist in early February.

What are the key dates during the off-season?
Despite the end of the home and away season there is still plenty to happening over the next few months of the season as the players prepare for a return to training.
When will seat return be available?
Seat Return will be available in the new year.
If you can’t attend a match, help us fill the stands with red and white, and return your reserved seat.
If your seat sells successfully, you’ll receive a credit towards your membership in 2021.

The renewal deadline for reserved seat holders is on Monday, December 16, 2019. If you do not renew prior to this date, you may risk losing your reserved seat for 2020.

How do I track my membership pack?
Once you have purchased or renewed a membership, you will be sent a tracking email when your pack is on the way. Simply enter your member number to track your pack.
If you have not received your tracking email, please check your junk folder and mark Sydney Swans as a safe contact.
Membership packs can take 10-14 business days to arrive.

How do I renew my membership for season 2020?
To renew your membership for season 2020, simply login to your SWAN-E ACCOUNT using your email address and password, and follow the steps.
If you held a reserved seat in 2019 and would like to keep the same seat, you must renew by Monday December 16, 2019.
How can I make a change to my 2019 membership?
To change to a different membership for the 2020 season, simply browse the options here and make your selection. Login with your current Swan-e account as you check out.

What are my seating options?
Reserved seat members have the choice of either Platinum or Gold reserved seating. Please refer to the seating map on each product page to see available areas.
How do I change the reserved seat I held in season 2019?
To change your reserved seat, please login to your Swan-e Account and select the ‘Make a Change’ form from the menu.
Our Swans Membership team will then be in touch to discuss your request once the reserved seat deadline of December 16 has passed.
Where do I find my Swan-e Account login details?
Your Swan-e Account login details can be found at the top of most emails sent by the Sydney Swans.
If you’re unsure of your Swan-e Account login details, please click here and select ‘Forgot Your Password?’ to reset your login.
Can I purchase a membership as a gift?
Yes. We do require the membership to be purchased in the recipient’s name, so you will need to know their details, including address and date of birth. The membership type can be changed, however if the membership chosen is more expensive then the difference in cost will need to be paid.
When will I receive my 2020 membership card and other items?
Member packs arrive 10-14 business days following dispatch. Members will receive an email with a tracking number where they can track the delivery status of their packs.
Will you confirm my membership renewal when you receive it?
By providing the Club with a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address when your membership renewal has been processed.
