How do I purchase a Red Zone Guest Pass?
To purchase a Red Zone Guest Pass follow these steps:
- Visit Ticketek.
- Select the Swans match you wish to attend.
- Select the the Red Zone & Red Rookie drop down option on the right hand side.
- Type your Swans membership barcode into the white box.
- Click ‘Get Tickets’.
- Purchase additional Red Zone Guest Passes.
Each Red Zone membership allows access to purchase two additional Guest Passes per match.
Can I get into the SCG if my card hasn’t arrived?
If you have recently joined the team or your card hasn’t arrived yet, you can still come along!
Please check your email for your Membership eCard. This is sent once your member pack has been dispatched and can be used to access the SCG.
Should you need any assistance, please visit Swans Membership at the Service Offices on match day.
There are two service offices at the SCG.
- Located next to SCG Gate E
This office will service reserved seat members, General Admission members and corporate guests.
- Located next to SCG Gate A
This office services Red Zone members only.
Red Zone members can enter via Gate A & H
Gate J will no longer be in place on the Allianz Forecourt
There will be additional hand scanners at Gate A (Driver Ave) and at Gate H (which is operational off Paddington Lane.)
Patrons wanting to cross over Anzac Parade can walk along Gregory Ave
Macarthur Ave is closed due to the construction on a new bridge over Anzac Parade (see below pic)
Patrons wanting to cross over Anzac Pde can also be directed to walk along Gregory Ave (next to Tibby Cotter Walkway) and be met at the traffic light intersection to cross over Anzac Pde. This light intersection will be removed once the new bridge is in operation
How can I upgrade my junior membership?
Junior and concession member upgrades, available via the Sydney Swans App.
Junior and concession membership cards can be upgraded on a match-by-match basis to an adult or concession.
Purchase your upgrade prior to match day.
Upgrades are conveniently available via the Sydney Swans App.
Upgrades allow you to easily use your membership cards at all home games.
Upgrade to Concession: $15
Upgrade to Adult: $25
How do I redeem my free MCG ticket with Premiership Club?
Our NSW Premiership Club members receive access to one free Sydney Swans match at the MCG throughout the home and away season.
In 2019, the Sydney Swans will play two matches at the MCG:
- Round 16 v Essendon, Saturday, July 6
- Round 22 v Melbourne, Friday, August 16
All members will be notified once their free MCG ticket is available to redeem.

When will seat return be available?
Seat Return will be available from Monday, March 18.
If you can’t attend a match, help us fill the stands with red and white, and return your reserved seat.
If your seat sells successfully, you’ll receive a credit towards your membership in 2020.

When do SCG tickets go on sale for season 2019?
Tickets to all SCG home games are now on sale via Ticketek.
Round 23 is currently off sale until the date and time of the match is announced in August. Tickets for this match will go on sale once details are confirmed.

Sydney Swans Trading Hours
The Membership office and phone lines will be closed for the Christmas period from midday Friday, December 21 until Monday, January 14, 2019. The Melbourne office has closed for the holidays.
How do I secure a ticket to an Interstate match?
We look forward to seeing you cheer on the Sydney Swans when we’re in your home state!
Do you have an Interstate Supporter Membership? You will have access to the match in your state. Information about registering for your interstate game will be sent to you closer to the date of the game.
Should the Club have any tickets remaining from our limited allocation, we will notify all members via eNews. This will be roughly four weeks out from the game.
If you would like to guarantee an additional ticket prior to then, we would encourage you to purchase this via the relevant ticketing outlet. Please visit the AFL Ticketing site here for on-sale dates.
Interested in attending our Round 11 match against Geelong? Priority is given to our VIC members, should any tickets be left over, we will notify members via eNews.
How do I track my membership pack?
Once you have purchased or renewed a membership, you will be sent a tracking email when your pack is on the way. Simply enter your Account ID to track your pack.
If you have not received your tracking email, please check your junk folder and mark Sydney Swans as a safe contact.
Membership packs can take 10-14 business days to arrive.

How can I pay for my Swans Membership?
Your Swans Membership can be paid in three convenient options:
- Swans Smart Pay, brought to you by Citi. Pay in monthly instalments or in full
- Cheque or money order payable to Sydney Swans Limited
- TeleSwans – Call 1300 537 071 at any time and follow the prompts to renew your membership. This option is only available if you are renewing into the same membership held in 2018 and if you are paying with Visa or MasterCard.

How can I update my details?
To update your details including postal address, mobile number and email address, simply login to your SWAN-E ACCOUNT and select ‘Edit My Profile’ in the top left corner.

How do I opt out of my payment plan and automatic renewal?
If you wish to opt out of your payment plan for season 2019, simply complete the Payment Plan Opt Out form online.
All payment plan opt outs for season 2019 must be in writing to Swans Membership. If we do not receive your opt out prior to Friday, November 23, you may still be charged.

How do I renew my membership for season 2019?
To renew your membership for season 2019, simply login to your SWAN-E ACCOUNT using your email address and password, and follow the steps.
If you held a reserved seat in 2018 and would like to keep the same seat, you must renew by Friday December 14, 2018.
How can I make a change to my 2019 membership?
Simply complete our Make a Change form online to make the below changes:
- Your membership type
- Your reserved seat
- Update your contact details
- Update your credit card details
- Opt in our out of a payment plan
- Select an add on for your membership
