How do I access games with my membership?
Sydney Swans members can now download their mobile member tickets for upcoming games via smart phone. Once set up, you’ll be able to scan the QR code on your phone to enter the ground. To view our step-by-step guide, please click here.

Not receiving our emails?
Sometimes our emails end up in your junk, spam, promotions or other email folders. Have a look there, and make sure you save firstname.lastname@example.org into your address book or safe list so our emails land in your main email inbox.

When is the renewal deadline?
If you haven’t renewed your membership yet, you can do this via your Swan-e Account. or by contacting our Membership Support team on 02 9157 5020 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday.
The renewal deadline for reserved seat holders and early bird pricing was Friday, February 4, 2022. If your reserved seat is no longer available within your Swan-e Account, please contact Membership Support so that we can check availability or help you secure seats nearby.
How can I update my details?
Members and fans are encouraged to check their contact details are up to date by logging into their Swan-e Account and selecting their name in the top left corner and then drop down to ‘My Account’.
Handy hint – forgotten your Swan-e Account password and not receiving the password reset emails? Make sure you are using the email address we send your Swans emails to.
How can I pay for my Swans Membership?
Your Swans Membership can be paid via three convenient options:
- Swans Smart Pay, pay via monthly instalments or in full with no additional fees and automatic renewal
- Full payment
- Cheque or money order payable to Sydney Swans Limited
Does the Sydney Swans offer companion card memberships?
Yes, we offer memberships for companion card holders. We will provide two of the same membership type for the price of one concession of that membership type. It is entirely up to the companion card holder as to the membership type they wish to purchase and whether both are in one name or two people hold one membership each.
