Be sure to arrive early for every home match to experience the Volkswagen Fan Zone outside the SCG on Driver Avenue near Gate E.

Throughout 2018 you will be able to experience the brand-new Volkswagen Rear View Throw-In from the Volkswagen Footy Dept. which takes Volkswagen technology from the vehicle and applies it to footy – something Volkswagen will be exploring a lot throughout the season.  You’ll also be able to test your skills with the Volkswagen Handball Challenge where you can handball through a moving tyre into the boot of a Volkswagen.

The fans favourite, Volkswagen Club Song Car, returns giving you the chance to jump in the back seat of a Volkswagen Tiguan, record your version of Cheer Cheer and share it with your friends on social media.  Make sure you also keep an eye on the big screen as we’ll be showing some of our favorite renditions at half time during select games!

At every home match this season Volkswagen is again offering free parking to Volkswagen owners. Make sure you arrive early for to claim one of 30 complimentary spaces available in EP3 located on Driver Avenue.

Arrive at the venue early and catch up on that latest that’s out and about on Driver Avenue before making your way inside the venue with Swans TV hosted by Matt De Groot! This will take place 90minutes prior to bounce.

The Volkswagen Face Painters are back and ready to get you in the red and white spirit. You can find the two face painting stations in the following locations:

Outside the stadium in the Volkswagen Fan Zone – 5:40pm to 7:50pm.
Level 1 of the Victor Trumper Stand – 5:50pm to 8:50pm.

Express Moore Park shuttle buses will run from:

  • Route 1 shuttle buses leave from Eddy Avenue at Central from 16:00 until 19:20.
  • Route 3 shuttle buses leave from Young Street at Circular Quay from 16:00 until 19:15.
  • Return services will run back to Central and Circular Quay from 21:20 until 23:15.

Shuttle bus times will be available closer to the event.

Alternatively, a number of regular Sydney Buses services stop along Anzac Parade near the precinct including routes 339, 372, 374, 376, 391, 393 and 395.

The closest station to the SCG is Central.

  • From Central you can catch a shuttle bus leaving from Eddy Avenue or walk to Moore Park via Foveaux Street or Devonshire Street and the Albert ‘Tibby’ Cotter Walkway

Sydney Trains services will run to a Monday-Friday timetable. See train timetables and maps.

Catch one of the many ferry services to Circular Quay where you can change for a shuttle bus running direct to Moore Park leaving from Young Street. See ferry timetables and maps.

Light rail services run between Central Station and Dulwich Hill with stops at popular CBD and Inner West destinations. Change at Central for a shuttle bus running direct to Moore Park from Eddy Avenue.

Motorists should expect additional delays on their commute home on roads including the Eastern Distributor, Anzac Pde, Cleveland St, Dacey Ave, Lang Rd and Moore Park Rd.

Fans are strongly encouraged to catch public transport to the precinct to avoid the delays.

Parts of Driver Avenue will be closed to traffic before, during and after the match and will reopen once crowds have left the area. Traffic changes for CBD and South East Light Rail construction may affect how you travel. Plan ahead and allow extra time when travelling in the South East.

Special event clearways

Special event clearways will be in place on roads in Moore Park and surrounding areas from 15:00 until midnight on Friday 20 April.

Check signs before parking as vehicles left in special event clearways will be towed and a towing fee applies. Visit Live Traffic NSW to see the locations of special event clearways.

A taxi rank is located on Errol Flynn Boulevard (near the Hordern Pavilion).

Limited parking is available at:

  • The Entertainment Quarter, entry via Lang Road.
  • EP3 – Moore Park Car Park, entry via southern end of Driver Avenue.

Each car park has spaces for Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) Mobility Parking permit holders.

UNSW Park n’ Ride

  •  The Sydney Swans park n’ ride will not be going ahead for 2018. Due to the roadworks and Light Rail construction in the area, STA cannot guarantee a satisfactory bus service. As a result, parking will not be available at UNSW for season 2018.  We apologise for any inconvenience.  The Swans have worked with the below car parks to provide discount parking options for all our members.

World Square Car Park has up to 400 spaces available

  • Parking car be pre-booked online here for a flat rate of $9.00 plus a $1 booking fee using the promo code SWANS2018. The promo code is applied at check out.  The Sydney Swans encourage patrons wishing to use this service to pre-book to guarantee parking and a discounted rate.
  • Should you require details on how to book you parking for World Square Car Park online please click here.
  • It is approximately an 350m walk from the World Square car park to the Liverpool Street Museum, Stand A bus stop.
  • From this Liverpool Street Museum bus stop, patrons can join buses 333 or 380 (alight at Oxford Street and Ormond Streets) and walk down Oatley Road to the stadium, or Route 373, 377, 392, 394, 396, 397, 399 which operate along Anzac Parade Moore Park.  To plan your bus trip, click here.

  • Train:
    The closest station to the Sydney Cricket Ground is Central. Change at Central for a Moore Park shuttle bus or you can also walk to Moore Park via Foveaux Street or Devonshire Street and the Albert ‘Tibby’ Cotter Walkway. Use the Moore Park walking route map (pdf 160KB) to help find your way.
  • Track work:

    Express Moore Park shuttle buses (Route 1) will run from Eddy Avenue at Central Station from 14:30 until 16:30.

AFLX is a new and exciting game created by the AFL to showcase some of the most thrilling elements of Australian Football.

While there are some familiar aspects for fans, this new game will provide a very different experience. AFLX is an express form of the game, with explosive action exhilarating fans of all ages. Get ready for 10-point super goals, last-touch out of bounds and non-stop action on and off the field.

Rules

  • AFLX is played on a rectangular field with four posts at each end (as per a normal AFL field) and 40m arcs.
  • There are ten players per team, seven on field at all times and three on the interchange bench. There are no restrictions on player rotations. Each squad may consist of up to 20 players, with 10 selected per game.
  • The game consists of two 10-minute halves.
  • A free kick against will be awarded for last touch out of bounds, and there will be a kick-in from behind the goal line after all scores.
  • No marks will be paid for backwards kicks (except in forward 40m arc area).
  • Each half will commence with a ‘ball up’ in the centre and at least two players from each team must start inside the 40m arc.

How does Smart Pay work?
Swans Smart Pay, brought to you by Citi, gives you the option to pay in 11 monthly instalments or in full with no additional fees or charges. Smart pay also makes renewal easy as your membership will roll over automatically each year. By electing to pay your 2018 membership with Swans Smart Pay you go into the draw to win $2,000 thanks to Citi.

When is each instalment charged?
The first payment will be deducted from your nominated card on November 28, 2017. Each instalment is then charged on the 28th of each month from November 2017 through to September 2018. If the 28th falls on a weekend or public holiday, the instalment will be charged the following business day.

Can someone else use my membership card if I cannot attend?
Yes, your membership card is transferable. If you cannot attend a match you can pass your membership card along to a family member or friend to use.

I forgot my membership card, how can I get into the ground?
No need to worry! You can visit the Member Services team at either Gate E (General Admission and Reserved Seat members) or Gate A (Red Zone members) to collect a temporary ticket for a $5 fee.

What gate do I enter the SCG through?
Simply check your 2018 membership card or valid ticket for gate details.

How do I upgrade a membership to an adult or concession on a match day?
Upgrades are now available via the Sydney Swans App. Click here for more information.  Alternatively, Member Upgrades are also available at a Sydney Swans Service Office on match day. Please note, there is a fee to upgrade a membership to an adult or concession.

How do I purchase additional tickets next to my reserved seat?
Reserved seat members can purchase additional reserved seat tickets via Ticketek using your 12-digit barcode number. Ticketek have an interactive seating map, which can be used to select the closest available seat to you. As a member you will receive a 15% discount on reserved seat tickets at home games.

How do I purchase additional tickets into the Red Zone?
Red Zone members can purchase Red Zone guest passes via Ticketek using the 12-digit barcode on the back of your member card. Each Red Zone member has access to purchase two Red Zone guest passes per match per barcode, until sold out. When purchasing Red Zone guest passes via Ticketek you will need to select the ‘Red Zone and Red Rookie’ option for your chosen match.

How do I purchase additional General Admission tickets?
Additional General Admission tickets can be purchased via Ticketek, members will not need their 12-digit barcode number.

Do the Sydney Swans offer companion card memberships?
Yes, we offer memberships for companion card holders. We will provide two of the same membership type for the price of one concession of that membership type. It is entirely up to the companion card holder as to the membership type they wish to purchase and whether both are in one name or two people hold one membership each.

What’s included in my Red 3 Flexi membership?
ANZ Stadium Members can register to receive a Sydney Swans Red 3 Flexi membership. This membership includes entry to any four   Sydney Swans home games at the SCG during the regular season with seating in the unreserved Red Zone area.

How do I claim my Red 3 Flexi Membership?
Eligible Centreline seat holders and Gold members will be sent an email by ANZ Stadium with a link to register for a Red 3 Flexi membership. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email from the Sydney Swans within 5 days with further information. Your membership pack and card will be sent to you in approximately 2 weeks from the receipt of your confirmation email. This membership card will be what you need to access SCG matches for season 2017. You will receive one (1) member pack and card for each ANZ Stadium Membership Right or Centreline Seat held.

Where is the seating at the SCG?
Red 3 Flexi membership gives you access to seating in the unreserved Red Zone at the SCG. Entry is via Gate A, H or J and you can sit in any available seat in the MA Noble Stand, on Level 2 of the Bradman Stand or in the lower Ladies Pavilion. Please see the seating map below.

Can I reserve a seat in advance?
Red 3 Flexi members can upgrade to a reserved seat on a match-by-match basis. Upgrading to a reserved seat costs just $17 and is done via Ticketek prior to match day from mid-February onwards. You’ll need the 12-digit barcode on your Sydney Swans membership card to complete the upgrade purchase. Transaction fees may apply. Please note, that by upgrading to a reserved seat, you will forfeit your access to the member facilities in the MA Noble and Bradman stands.

What are the dress regulations at the SCG?
Dress regulations apply in the Red Zone at the SCG and are policed upon entry. Members and guests WILL NOT be admitted into to the ground if they do not meet the requirements. Members must be neatly dressed in smart casual attire at all times. Men MUST wear a collared shirt. Revealing, unclean or untidy clothing or footwear will not be permitted. Can I reserve a seat in the Red Zone?
The Red Zone is an unreserved seating area, you will not be able to reserve a seat prior to a match. You can upgrade your seat to a reserved seat outside of the Red Zone using your 12-digit barcode via Ticketek

Do I need to pre-book tickets?
You are not required to pre-book a ticket for any match, your membership is your ticket into the ground. Entry to the Red Zone is subject to capacity.

How many scans are left on my membership?
Members who do not have access to all 11 home games (Red 3 or Country 5) will need to contact Member Services to check how many scans are left on their membership card.

What are my seating options?
Reserved seat members have the choice of either Platinum or Gold reserved seating. Please refer to the seating map to see which bays make up each seating category.  More information on these memberships can be found here.

How do I change seats?
Current reserved seat members that are looking to change seats can request a change here. Our Members Services team will then be in touch to discuss your request once the reserved seat deadline of December 15 has passed.

Do I need to pre-book tickets?
No, you do not need to pre-book tickets, your membership is your ticket to all 11 home games in 2018. To gain entry into a home match, scan the barcode on the back of your membership card.

When is the renewal deadline?
If you haven’t renewed your membership yet, you can begin by clicking  here.

The renewal deadline for reserved seat holders is Friday December 15, 2017. If you did not renew prior to this date, you may risk losing your reserved seat for 2018. Please contact Member Services if you have trouble renewing your reserved seat after this date. We will try to assist you where we can.

Will you confirm my membership renewal when you receive it?
By providing the Club with a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address by the following week.

When will I receive my 2018 membership card and other items?
Member packs arrive 10-14 business days following dispatch. Members will receive an email with a tracking number where they can track the delivery status of their packs.

I have friends who would like to become members in 2018. How can I sign them up?
We would love to have your friends as members.  When they sign up online, ask them to list you as their Member Recruiter.  You’ll win some great prizes in 2018 for introducing   new members to the team!

Where do I find my Swan-e Account login details?
Your Swan-e Account login details can be found at the top of most emails sent by the Sydney Swans.
Alternatively, if you can’t find your login details, please click here and select ‘Forgot Your Password?’ to reset your login details.

ANZ Stadium Gold members and Centreline Seat holders will receive information   from ANZ Stadium  to register for a Red 3 Flexi membership. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email from the Sydney Swans  with further details.

If this is your first year as a Red 3 Flexi member, your membership pack and card will be sent to you. This membership card will be what you need to access SCG matches. You will receive one (1) member pack and card for each ANZ Stadium Centreline Seat held.

ANZ Stadium Members can register to receive a Sydney Swans Red 4 Flexi membership. This membership includes entry to any four   Sydney Swans home games at the SCG during the regular season with seating in the unreserved Red Zone area.

Members may be required to register their intention to come to some games if a large crowd is expected. ANZ Stadium and the Sydney Swans will notify members when and if this is applicable.

Eligible Centreline seat holders and Gold members will be sent an email by ANZ Stadium with a link to register for for a Red 4 Flexi membership.

Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation email from the Sydney Swans within 5 days with further information .Your membership pack and card will be sent to you in approximately 2 weeks from the receipt of your confirmation email. If you would like to bring guests to an SCG match, you have a few different options:

RECOMMENDED OPTION – ADDITIONAL RED 3 MEMBERSHIP

  • Members can purchase an additional Sydney Swans Red 3 membership for guests to sit with them in the Red Zone at any three matches. Additional memberships are available at $120 for an adult, $100 for a concession or $267 for a family (2 adults, and up to 4 juniors). RED ZONE GUEST PASSES

  • A limited number of guest passes are available per match in the Red Zone, and they can be purchased through Ticketek from mid-February onwards. A limit of two guest passes per member applies at the SCG. These passes regularly sell out, so we recommend getting in early to secure your tickets. Guest passes are exclusive to Red Zone members, and you will need to supply the 12-digit barcode on your Sydney Swans membership card to complete the purchase.

RESERVED SEATING

  • Red 4 Flexi members can purchase reserved seat tickets at the SCG at a discounted rate of 15% off for guests. If you wish to sit with guests, you will be required to upgrade your member access to a ticket in the reserved seating area for $17 via Ticketek. Members will forfeit their access to the Red Zone by choosing this option. To upgrade your membership to a reserved seat and to buy additional tickets for guests at the same time, visit Ticketek from mid-February onwards. You will need the 12-digit barcode on your Sydney Swans membership card to upgrade your ticket and to access the reserved seat discount. Transactions fees may apply.

Red 4 Flexi members can upgrade to a reserved seat on a match-by-match basis. Upgrading to a reserved seat costs approximately $17 and is done via ticketek.com.au prior to match day from mid-February onwards. You’ll need the 12-digit barcode on your Sydney Swans membership card to complete the upgrade purchase. Transaction fees may apply.
