Finals Ticketing

Eligible Sydney Swans members will receive an email prior to the member pre-sale with the details needed to purchase a ticket to week 1 of the 2024 AFL Toyota Finals Series.

You can view member eligibility for weeks 1-3 Finals Tickets in section 4.2.1 in our Membership Terms & Conditions.

Any members who have not paid in full, will not have access to the members pre-sale. 

Members will be sent an email on the following dates if we are playing in a final in weeks 1, 2 or 3:

Week 1 - Monday, August 26

Week 2 - Sunday, September 8

Week 3 - Sunday, September 15

The email will contain:

• Our opponent and the type of game it is (i.e. Qualifying Final, Elimination Final, Semi-Final or Preliminary Final)
• The date of the game
• The date and time of the member pre-sale
• The date and time of the general public on-sale
• Your member barcodes that will give you access to the member pre-sale.

Members can also find all the information they need on the Finals Hub on the Sydney Swans website. This will be available closer to Finals time.

Member barcodes for finals ticketing can be found in your Swans Account as usual.

Members will be required to follow the appropriate procedures as communicated by the Club to secure their Grand Final ticket. Members who do not follow the procedure as communicated by the Club will forfeit their right to access a Grand Final ticket.

Should the Sydney Swans qualify to play in the 2024 AFL Grand Final, each eligible member will have a different priority level for Grand Final tickets depending on the membership ticket category and package held for the 2024 season. They will be:

• Priority 1 (the guaranteed opportunity to purchase a Grand Final ticket should the Swans play)
• Priority 2 (priority to purchase a ticket via a ballot should the Swans play in the Grand Final, subject to availability)
• Priority 3 (access to purchase a ticket should the Swans play in the Grand Final should any tickets remain following the allocation of tickets to Priority 1 and 2 members)

Please note, for the 2024 season priority 1 and 2 memberships have sold out.

All members may only purchase one Grand Final ticket per valid membership in the same category as their membership (for example, an adult must buy an adult ticket) with the exception that there are no junior or youth tickets for the AFL Grand Final; juniors and youths can only purchase a concession ticket.

Should a membership be suspended for any reason during the 2024 season or should a member fail to comply with Sydney Swans Smart Pay instalments, that member will waive their right to access a ticket for any finals game during 2024.
