Members and fans are encouraged to check their contact details are up to date by logging into their Swans Account and selecting their name in the top left corner and then drop down to 'My Account'.

Handy hint - forgotten your Swans Account password and not receiving the password reset emails? Make sure you are using the email address we send your Swans emails to.

Yes, we offer memberships for companion card holders. We will provide two of the same membership type for the price of one concession of that membership type. It is entirely up to the companion card holder as to the membership type they wish to purchase, however both memberships must be in the name of the concession card holder.
