Member Packs & Swanshop Vouchers

AFLW members will receive a Member Pack Pass to collect their AFLW member gift.

Your pass will be sent via email and SMS from 5 August, 2026. Look for the email with the subject line 'Your 2026 AFLW Gift is ready' and download your pass to your Apple or Google Wallet.

You can collect your 2026 AFLW member gift at the following locations while stocks last:

• Sydney Swans HQ, Sydney - 10am-4pm Monday to Friday
• Sydney Swans AFLW home matches at the SCG and Henson Park
• Sydney Swans Melbourne Office, South Melbourne - 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday

We’ve reimagined the way we deliver your member benefits, giving you more choice and flexibility than ever before.

Adult, Concession and Youth Members

From 2027, all Adult, Concession and Youth members will now receive a Swanshop Voucher as their membership benefit.

This Swanshop Voucher will allow you to choose from a range of exclusive member items, including a 2027 Member Cap, Member Beanie or Member Scarf, or put your voucher towards other Swanshop merchandise.

We’ll also include your 2027 Bumper Sticker and Keyring with every member merchandise order.

Redback and Premiership Club members will receive a $50 voucher, with all other members receiving a $30 voucher.

Junior Members

Junior members will receive a member pack delivered to your door at no additional cost.

Go Green

Want to reduce your environmental impact? You can choose to Go Green and not receive any physical membership items.

All Adult, Concession and Youth members will receive a Swanshop Voucher from December, 2026. If you have selected Go Green, you have opted out of receiving a Swanshop Voucher.

Delivery information:

• Junior member packs will be posted from November, 2026.
• Packs will arrive 10-14 business days after your membership purchase, starting from November, 2026.
• Membership packs will not be sent during the Christmas period from 19 December, 2026 to 11 January, 2027.

All members who are having their pack delivered, will receive an email from Australia Post once their pack is on the way.

Please note, delivery timelines are a guide only and rely on accurate membership details, as well as processing and shipping times from our fulfilment partner and Australia Post.

Swanshop Vouchers can be used on exclusive member merchandise and other merchandise purchases.

• Multiple vouchers can be used in a single transaction.
• Your Swanshop Voucher will expire at 11:59pm AEDT on August 31, 2027.
• Eligible items can be exchanged with prior approval from the Swanshop.
• Standard shipping charges apply. Supporter and Interstate members receive free shipping for member merchandise. Free shipping for these memberships can be applied once per account, so we encourage you to gather your vouchers and use these together.
• Shipping for orders under $150 is $14.95.
• Free shipping for orders of $150 or more.

Due to new U.S. Government tariff and customs requirements, sending parcels to the USA has become significantly more complex and costly. Because of these changes, we won't be offering U.S. delivery for memberships until a more streamlined solution is available. We’ll keep monitoring the situation and update members if things improve.
