Membership Packs & Swanshop Vouchers

Membership packs will arrive 10-14 business days after purchasing a membership.

All members will receive an email notifying them once their membership pack is on the way. All members receiving a parcel delivery will also receive an email notification from Australia Post with tracking details.

If you are a match access member and have chosen to include a membership pack for the 2024 season, you will be sent a digital redemption pass to collect the rest of your membership pack. Keep an eye on your inbox for more details.

Interstate, Supporter and junior members will be posted their membership pack.

Please note the dates provided are a guideline only and are contingent upon accurate membership details, and delivery of membership items by our fulfilment company and Australia Post.

Match access members will receive a digital redemption pass to collect their member item/s.

Eligible members will receive their digital redemption pass via email after they have purchased a membership. Search for the email 'Your 2024 Sydney Swans Membership' and download the pass to your Apple or Google Wallet.

You can collect your member pack at the below locations:

• Sydney Swans HQ, Sydney
• Sydney Swans matches at the SCG, MCG or Marvel Stadium
• Sydney Swans Melbourne Office, South Melbourne

To celebrate 150 years, all members will be posted a commemorative 150-year patch, bumper sticker and keyring.

If you have selected a Swanshop Voucher to be included in your membership, this will be emailed to you within 7 business days of purchasing a membership. Keep an eye on your inbox for further information.

Your Swanshop Voucher can be used to shop online. If you would prefer to shop at Swans HQ, you can download a digital Swanshop Voucher to use in person. This will also be emailed to you.

Premiership Club members receive a Member Scarf and Playing Cards for the 2024 season OR can elect to choose a $40 Swanshop voucher. All other included benefits of being a Premiership Club Member can be found here.

These handy tips should help:

• Add all items you wish to purchase, into your cart. Don't add the vouchers just yet.
• Once everything is in the cart, select 'Check Out'. This may appear on your screen as a pop up window, or there is a shopping cart in the top right corner - please click on this.
• On the check out page, before you add your email address or payment details, on the right side of the page should be an Order Summary. Under 'GST' there is 'Coupon/Gift Certificate' in red. Click on this and enter your voucher codes/coupons one by one.
• You can use more than one voucher code/coupon per transaction, however they need to be added separately.
• Enter one code, select 'Apply', and then add another code if you wish to use it.
