Member Packs & Swanshop Vouchers

Match access members who have selected member pack, will receive a member pack pass to collect their member pack.

Eligible members will receive their pass via email after they have purchased a membership. Search for the email 'Your 2025 Sydney Swans Membership' and download the pass to your Apple or Google Wallet.

You can collect your member pack at the below locations while stocks last:

• Sydney Swans HQ, Sydney - 10am-4pm Monday to Friday
• Sydney Swans matches at the SCG, MCG or Marvel Stadium
• Sydney Swans Melbourne Office, South Melbourne - 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday

Member packs will be posted from December 2024.

Member packs will arrive 10-14 business days after purchasing a membership.

All members will receive an email once their member pack is on the way. All members receiving a parcel delivery will also receive an email from Australia Post with tracking details.

If you are a match access member and have chosen to include a member pack for the 2025 season, you will be sent a member pack pass to collect your member pack. Keep an eye on your inbox for more details.

Junior members will be posted their member pack.

Please note the dates provided are a guideline only and are contingent upon accurate membership details, and delivery of membership items by our fulfilment company and Australia Post.

If you have selected a Swanshop Voucher to be included in your membership, this will be emailed to you within 7 business days of purchasing a membership. Keep an eye on your inbox for further information.

Your Swanshop Voucher can be used to shop online. If you would prefer to shop at Swans HQ, you can download a digital Swanshop Voucher to use in person. This will also be emailed to you.

These handy tips should help:

• Add all items you wish to purchase, into your cart. Don't add the vouchers just yet.
• Once everything is in the cart, select 'Check Out'. This may appear on your screen as a pop up window, or there is a shopping cart in the top right corner - please click on this.
• On the check out page, before you add your email address or payment details, on the right side of the page should be an Order Summary. Under 'GST' there is 'Coupon/Gift Certificate' in red. Click on this and enter your voucher codes/coupons one by one.
• You can use more than one voucher code/coupon per transaction, however they need to be added separately.
• Enter one code, select 'Apply', and then add another code if you wish to use it.
