Member Packs & Swanshop Vouchers

Match access members who have selected member pack, will receive a member pack pass to collect their member pack.

Eligible members will receive their pass via email or SMS after they have purchased a membership. Search for the email 'Your 2026 Sydney Swans Member Pack Pass' and download the pass to your Apple or Google Wallet.

You can collect your member pack at the below locations from November, 2025 while stocks last:

• Sydney Swans HQ, Sydney - 10am-4pm Monday to Friday
• Sydney Swans matches at the SCG, MCG or Marvel Stadium
• Sydney Swans Melbourne Office, South Melbourne - 10am-4pm, Monday to Friday (member pack collections in Melbourne are available from December)

Delivery information:

• Member packs will be posted from November, 2025.
• Packs will arrive 10-14 business days after your membership purchase, starting from November, 2025.
• Membership packs will not be sent during the Christmas period from 18 December, 2025. to 12 January, 2026.

All members will receive an email once their member pack is on the way. If your pack is being delivered, you'll also receive tracking details from Australia Post.

If you're a match access member and selected a member pack for the 2026 season, you'll receive a digital member pack pass via email to collect your pack. Keep an eye on your inbox for details.

Junior members will have their packs posted automatically.

Please note, delivery timelines are a guide only and depend on accurate membership details, as well as processing and shipping times from our fulfilment partner and Australia Post.

If you have selected a Swanshop Voucher to be included in your membership, this will be emailed to you within seven business days of your membership purchase, starting from November, 2025. Keep an eye on your inbox for further information.

Your Swanshop Voucher can be used to shop online or at Swans HQ in person.

These handy tips should help:

• Add all items to your cart (don’t add the voucher yet).
• Click Check Out (via pop-up or the cart icon in the top right).
• On the checkout page, look for Promo Code/Gift Vouchers under the Order Summary.
• Enter your code(s) one at a time and click Apply. You can use multiple codes in one transaction.

Due to new U.S. Government tariff and customs requirements, sending parcels to the USA has become significantly more complex and costly. Because of these changes, we won't be offering U.S. delivery for memberships until a more streamlined solution is available. We’ll keep monitoring the situation and update members if things improve.
