How can I pay for my Swans Membership?

Your Swans Membership can be paid via three convenient options:

  • Swans Smart Pay
  • Full payment
  • Cheque or money order payable to Sydney Swans Limited

What is Swans Smart Pay?

There are plenty of great benefits when you renew your membership using Swans Smart Pay.

  • Monthly or upfront payment options
  • No additional fees or charges
  • Automatic rollover with flexibility to make a change
  • Secure your spot each season
  • No worries!

Simply select the Smart Pay option when renewing, or contact Membership Support to opt in.

How do I update my payment details?

If you would like to update your credit/debit card details used for your Smart Pay payment plan, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your Swans Account and select My Membership > Update Payment Details
  2. Under 'Payment Method' select 'Edit/Add' and save your new card details
  3. Select 'Make a Payment'
  4. Enter your CVV and select 'Pay Now'

How do I opt out of my payment plan and automatic renewal?

All requests to opt out or change your payment plan for 2024 must be received by November 15, 2023. For further details, please contact Membership Support and we can assist.

Where do I find my Swans Account login details?

If you're unsure of your Swans Account login details, please click here and select 'Forgot Password?' to reset your login.

Handy hint - if you're not receiving the password reset emails, make sure you are using the email address we send your Swans emails to.
