Swanshop Voucher Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions are noted below for the Swanshop Voucher (Coupon). The Swanshop Coupon will be issued via email.

1. Swanshop Coupon(s) to the value of $30 will be issued one (1) per membership for adult, concession and youth members. Swanshop Coupon(s) to the value of $40 will be issued one (1) per membership for Redback and Premiership Club members. Junior members under 15 as at 1/1/2024 are NOT eligible to receive a Swanshop Coupon.
2. Multiple Swanshop Coupon(s) can be used in a single transaction.
3. Swanshop Coupon(s) may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
4. Swanshop Coupon(s) expires 11.59pm AEDT 31 October 2024.
5. Swanshop Coupon(s) cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Swanshop Coupon(s) are redeemable on merchandise purchases only. The coupon cannot be used for shipping costs on online orders.
7. Applicable shipping charges apply to all orders.
8. If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon value may be subtracted from the return credit.
   1. Return of purchases where a coupon has been used, the used coupon is not redeemable for a refund.
   2. Exchange of purchases using a coupon, made in The Locker Room at Swans HQ can be exchanged for an alternative item that is available in The Locker Room. These exchanges must be approved prior, by contacting us via the Swanshop. Exchanges cannot be processed on Game Day.
9. Swanshop Coupon(s) are redeemable only at the Swanshop Online or at The Locker Room at Sydney Swans HQ.
10. Any unused portion of Swanshop Coupon(s) will be forfeited
