Leadership Team
Comprised of five (5) members in Sydney and five (5) members in Melbourne the Cheer Cheer Squad Leadership Team will support the club with communication, game day logistics, banner making and special appearances.
It is likely that Cheer Cheer Squad leadership team will be required to dedicate up to 5 hours per week of voluntary service.
Why does the Cheer Cheer Squad need a Leadership Team?
The Club remains the head of the Cheer Cheer Squad, however when activities such as banner making, cheering and on-ground duties need leadership and guidance we’re not always present and/or available – in these instances we need the leadership team to assist in providing instruction and ensure smooth operations.
How long can members serve on the Leadership Team?
You can serve on the Leadership Team for two (2) years consecutively without needing to renominate. However, after year two, you will need to re-nominate.
Ideally Leadership Team members serve no longer than two terms consecutively so we can share the load among the wider group. You can re-nominate after having a freshen up.
