Match-access members who join during the 2024 season will receive access to a mobile membership card. Members must download the official Sydney Swans App to access this card. Members will not receive a physical barcoded membership card, unless requested. Additional fees may apply for a physical membership card.

The Club reserves its right not to accept any membership application in its absolute discretion.

2. Term of Membership

2.1 The membership component of your membership fee is not refundable under any circumstance.

2.2 The benefits component of your membership fee may be refundable in certain circumstances as set out in the following terms and conditions and by accepting your membership you confirm that you agree to and understand that.

3. Membership Categories

3.1 Club Membership Categories and Entitlements

Your membership category is established by the ticket category you receive (i.e. adult, concession, youth or junior), the number of games you attend and the location of your seating.

Memberships that include entry to Sydney Swans home matches played at the SCG include return public transport upon presentation of a member’s 2024 digital member card, or ticket, subject to NSW Government public health orders. Other conditions apply. Visit transportnsw.info/events in advance of the match for further information.

3.1.1 Reserved Seat Membership categories

3.1.1a Full Season

Full season reserved seat members are allocated a seat at the SCG for all home matches during the 2024 AFL Premiership home and away season.

Should a full season reserved seat member be unable to attend a match, they may return their reserved seat for sale to the general public. If the seat is sold, the member will receive a credit towards their 2025 membership. The credit amount is based on the ticket category of the membership and the location of the seat. Once a member has returned their seat for a match, their Mobile Member Ticket will not permit access to the venue and the member waives all access to the seat for the relevant match. Seats can be returned by logging in to your Swan-e Account within the communicated timeframe. Dates will be communicated upon receiving the 2024 AFL Premiership Season fixture.

Unreserved seat members have access to General Admission or Red Zone areas for the 2024 AFL Premiership home and away season for the number of matches outlined in the package description. Access may be gained to unreserved seating on a first-in, first-served basis, subject to availability. Members can upgrade to a reserved seat for an additional fee, subject to availability.

There are two unreserved seating areas at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG), accessible depending on membership category:

Reserved seat upgrades can be purchased at Ticketek for SCG and MCG matches, and at Ticketmaster for Marvel Stadium matches, subject to availability. Additional fees apply and ticket agencies may charge a booking fee which is to be covered by the member.

SCG Dress Regulations

Dress regulations apply for all members and guests accessing the Red Zone at SCG matches. Members with access to this area are reminded of their responsibility to ensure that their own dress and that of their guests conforms to the standards required.

The following guidelines have been developed to assist members and guests:

Minimum standard of dress is smart casual attire.
Standards apply to those aged 15 years and older. Though torn, ripped or unclean clothing is unacceptable for all ages.
Guest entry is at the discretion of SCG event staff and security.
Please wear: casual trousers, jeans, tailored shorts, dresses or skirts; shirts, blouses, tops, polos and T-shirts that are neat and tidy; enclosed shoes or sandals; official guernsey of participating team.
The following is not acceptable: offensive or revealing clothing; torn, ripped or unclean clothing; sports and athletic wear including leggings; beach wear including rubber thongs and crocs; workwear including work boots and hi-vis.

Full terms and guidelines about SCG dress regulations can be found here.

Should a Sydney Swans member or their guest seeking to access the Red Zone fail to comply to the above stated dress regulations, they will not be permitted access into the venue and will waive their entry entitlements for that match.

Limited reserved seat upgrades into areas of the SCG without dress regulations may be available for purchase from the Sydney Swans Membership Support Office at the SCG (subject to availability).

Red Zone Guest Passes
Members with access to the Red Zone are able to purchase guest passes into this area for matches at the SCG via Ticketek. The number of guest passes available per member for which these members may apply is at the discretion of the Club. Guest passes are limited and may sell out in advance of the match. The ticket agency may charge a booking fee in addition to the guest pass price which is to be covered by the member.

The pricing of VIC Ultimate membership as at October 19, 2023 is based on the game access entitlements listed in product benefits. An adjustment may be made to the price of these products following the announcement of the 2024 AFL Premiership Season fixture if the number of games listed is not available.
