As a Sydney Swans member the only real change is you will now go to Ticketmaster rather than Ticketek to purchase casual tickets (when required) to Sydney Swans home games.
Unless specifically noted, your match access via a mobile member ticket from the Sydney Swans App will remain the same.
For Red Zone members – yes. You will add your 12-digit member barcode to the password/barcode box when promoted which will unlock the ability to purchase Red Zone guest passes.
For reserved seat members, please use the password provided on the member barcodes page. By using the password you will unlock an interactive seat map which will allow you to select your preferred seats (subject to availability) and access a 15% member discount on reserved seats
Absolutely! 11-game match access members can still forward tickets to family and friends from the Sydney Swans App. We would always recommend you forward, accept and download the tickets to your digital wallet prior arriving at the SCG on match day.

Yes! When you use the same Ticketmaster login as your Swans Account to purchase additional tickets to Sydney Swans games they will appear in your Swans App alongside your mobile member tickets. How convenient!
